"Wanderlust" (the title track of my third album) was included by the Texas Country Music Association on their compilation album "TCMA's Best Texas Country Picks - Vol 6" in 2024.

I currently play guitar and sing in the band at River Stone Cowboy Church in Wylie, TX.

About Me

I have always loved country music for its storytelling, and have long admired the songwriters who can craft a story into a three to four minute song and make me cry, laugh, or ponder.  I also love the sound of the fiddle and steel guitar.

So perhaps it shouldn't have been a surprise when I became a songwriter myself.  But as a petroleum engineer (now retired), I never saw it coming until the tragic death of a friend led me to write “Convince My Heart” to let her know how that made me feel.  I have now written over forty songs, and have just released my third album, “Wanderlust”.

After five years of writing and performing (open mics, song swaps, solo shows, and opening for other artists), I have decided to release my music to Texas Country Radio and pursue more opportunities to perform.  I hope to bring my own blend of Country and Americana to Texas and beyond.

There are already a few successful Texas Country artists (including my friends Zane Williams and Austin Cunningham) who call McKinney, TX home . . . hopefully there's room for one more!
